Initially working in a high volume sales recruitment business, James began focusing on the Public Sector Technology and Outsourcing markets in 2005 where he has specialized ever since. Within the sector he has developed a breadth of clients from well backed start-ups to Tier 1 Outsourcers to ensure that all aspirations are catered for. Setting up Paragon with David Tully in 2010 to provide a more agile and talent led recruitment service, they have built a growing, partnership led business despite the difficult economic climate!

	Justin Whorton 07880 621928 justinwhorton@paragonexec.co.uk Justin began his recruitment career in 2003, and found that his previous experiences working in the publishing and leisure industries lent themselves well to a career in the industry. He learned the ropes working for a large, high-volume, high street recruiter and in 2005 joined a successful mid-sized finance specialist where he placed accountants into commerce and industry. After 4 successful years he decided that working within a smaller boutique recruitment firm would better enable him to give the level of service and personal approach which has been a key to his success. After some interesting learning experiences which have included setting up an interim division and being part of a very early stage start up, he decided to set up on his own in 2012. Justin then joined forces with Paragon Executive Search to expand his offering to clients and to access further opportunities for candidates.
