Our Finance division specialises in placing senior Accountancy and Finance professionals in permanent and interim roles on a retained and contingent basis.

We work closely with our Sales and General Management division to provide senior Finance support to our clients within Technology, Outsourcing and Consulting and also recruit across the Commerce & Industry marketplace within start-ups and SMEs through to large multinationals.

With our focus on networking and direct candidate sourcing as well as utilising all the major finance websites and CV databases, our strengths are at a senior level (FD, FC, CFO) or where a position requires specialist skills or experience, whether this be within a particular vertical market or sector or within a specific financial discipline – we can deliver most effectively where the mass market approach of some financial recruiters will fail.

The types of roles we recruit include:-

• CFO, FD, FC, Head of Finance, FP&A Manager, Finance Manager, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Analyst.
  • Technical – Revenue Recognition, Revenue Assurance / Billing, USGAAP, UKGAAP, IFRS, PLC accounting, Group and Statutory Accounting
  • Risk & Compliance – Internal Audit, Risk Management and SOX
  • Commercial – Pricing, Bid and Sales & Marketing Support, Business Partnering, Outsourced Contract P&L Management.
